Izzy is one of the main characters in Pink Panties. A punk rat attending Lemonade High and one of the "enemies" of The Queens.

♥ History
Izzy and Heather grew up together in Cool City in 1991 as sisters. Izzy has history with The Queens, and an apparently complicated (though at least somewhat hostile) relationship with her sister because of it. She has been long time friends with Buster and Malice, and started dating Willow at some point.
♥ Plot
♡ A Flame Ignited Behind Her Back
On her way to school, a strange girl tripped and fell right on top of Izzy before she could've even thought! Thankfully, she was unharmed and instead met this sweet girl, Cathy. Cathy proceeded into the school and Izzy continued on her day.
At some point, Izzy had stolen Heather's diary journal.
The next day, Cathy started acting strange around her and ran as fast as she could from her when entering the building. At science class, Cathy darted away from her, and refused to go near her, saying she was a "pyromaniac serial killer". In an instant, Izzy knew exactly who told Cathy that nonsense. She warns Cathy to avoid The Queens and popularity contests at large, then explains that the "fire thing" isn't violent, it's just a love of fire that stemmed from her childhood going camping. Izzy then burnt a page from the diary journal. Later that day, Izzy told Willow about Cathy joining the Queens and walk home together. Willow suddenly received texts from Malice about the "new girl" and, upon seeing her reaction, Izzy realized what needed to be done.
Izzy enters Home Sweet Apartments and into Buster and Malice's place. She comforted Malice, told her and Buster that Cathy isn't anything to worry about, and offered to stay the night with the two of them. Buster loaded up Braindead and they watch the movie that night together.
On Thursday, Izzy overhears Purrsephone lying to Cathy about her and the other alternative kids being "Satanic school shooters who sacrifice puppies and kittens". Though she is concerned, the rest of the day goes smoothly for her. At 2:30 PM, on her daily walk with Willow, Izzy reports to Willow that Malice has recovered from her episode. Only problem is, she has to break the news to her that Bonzi Buddy's back.
♥ Personality
Izzy is a relaxed, friendly sort who really just wants to hang out, and have fun. She's hardened, but not stiffened, as though she has seen many, many things, she's ready to hop in for adventure! That aside, Izzy still has very, very strong convictions and will fight for what she believes in, even if it's "Why setting paper on fire is good, actually". Above all else, Izzy is a caring friend and lover, looking after her loved ones and making sure they're okay.
♥ Extra
- Would prefer if you just called her a "rat" instead of a "fancy rat", finding it simultaneously pretentious and demeaning.
- Has a very prominent lisp.
- Hair's dyed, her natural hair color is brown.
- Izzy is a progressive, open-minded person...Except on the topic of pizza. Pineapple pizza is wrong and she will tell you that.
- The emblem on her vest is a reference to the Dead Kennedys' logo, except sideways so now it's a picnic table.
- She is very against Bonzi Buddy, and wants Buster to stop reinstalling it.
- Like Malice and Buster, Izzy loves horror movies. In particular, she loves zombie movies, and her favorite movie is Return of the Living Dead.
- She may be an old school hardcore punker, but unlike many of her fellow punks in this time, she's 100% friendly with goths, emos and other alt kid variants. Hey, we're all in this together! That'd be no different than what Heather and the other Queens do!

♡ Design Notes
- Do not draw her with eyelashes or other overly girly features. Izzy is a hardline butch, either draw her properly or don't.
- Izzy wears tattered classic punk clothes in red, black and some white tees here and there. Don't forget the flame designs!! She loves those!!
- Buckteeth always visible.
- Tail is only straight when she's scared or really startled.
